About the role

We are seeking a senior accountant to join our finance team in Casablanca. The role focuses on ensuring accurate payroll processing, daily bank reconciliation, and comprehensive accounting oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and validate the execution of payroll calculations.
• Extract, control, and reconcile daily bank statements with payroll records.
• Monitor and resolve anomalies in payroll execution and accounting entries.
• Validate accounting imputations for payroll and record them in the ledger.
• Track monthly bank operation notices and integrate daily bank statements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 education with extensive experience in a similar accounting role.
• 8‑10 years of solid accounting experience.
• Strong cash‑management skills and thorough knowledge of all accounting tasks.
• High level of rigor, autonomy, and organizational ability.

Required skills

• Mandatory proficiency with Sage X3 accounting software.
