Concierge Supervisor

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor leads the concierge team at The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, ensuring guests receive personalized, high‑quality service. This role coordinates special arrangements, provides local area information, and acts as the primary point of contact for guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other special services.
• Gather and share information about property amenities, local events, and attractions.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Prioritize and resolve outstanding requests from previous shifts.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies, report incidents, and uphold uniform standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related concierge or guest services experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
