About the role

The Holding d'Aménagement Al Omrane is seeking a Commercial Advisor for its Nador-Drioiech agency. You will serve citizens, clients and partners, enhancing the overall client experience while supporting the group’s social housing and territorial development missions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and commercialize housing products, managing the social component of projects.
• Implement regional and local commercial strategies.
• Prepare marketing brochures and commercial announcements.
• Ensure timely collection of payments according to set deadlines.
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures and commercial policies.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, headquarters and external partners such as notaries and banks.
• Organize open‑house events, fairs and promotional activities.
• Maintain client portfolio in line with contractual and regulatory commitments.
• Draft visit and prospecting reports.
• Update commercial and collection statistics and ensure client file compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Commerce, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Analytical and synthesis abilities.
