About the role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic bilingual Customer Advisor to join our team in Kénitra. In this position you will interact with French‑ and English‑speaking clients, providing high‑quality support and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications in French and English.
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are escalated and resolved.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Required profile

• Excellent command of written and spoken French.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
