Content Creator & Camera Operator

About the role

We are looking for a creative storyteller to produce and edit video content for our social channels. The role combines hands‑on camera work with end‑to‑end content creation, supporting our marketing initiatives in Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit video assets from start to finish.
• Operate DSLR, mirrorless and mobile cameras to capture high‑quality footage.
• Produce short‑form and long‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools to speed up post‑production workflows.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and apply dynamic storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns and new ideas.
• Ensure all output meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in content creation, video production and camera operation.
• Strong visual sense for composition, storytelling and aesthetics.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage projects independently.
• Portfolio or showreel that showcases relevant work.

Required skills

• DSLR and mirrorless camera operation.
• Mobile videography.
• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Motion design software (e.g., After Effects).
• AI‑based content creation tools (e.g., Runway, Descript).
