Content Creator – Short‑Form Video & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a Content Creator to own short‑form video and social media production for a fast‑growing US startup. The role is fully remote and focuses on planning, shooting, editing and testing creative assets that drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot and edit short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Transform briefs and product messaging into scroll‑stopping creative that matches brand tone.
• Manage the content calendar and deliver a consistent volume of assets on schedule.
• Research trends, hooks and competitor content to keep output fresh and platform‑native.
• Track performance metrics, identify what works and iterate on winning creative angles.
• Maintain an organized content library and asset database for easy reuse across campaigns.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience creating content for brands, startups or social channels.
• Strong editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or Canva.
• Solid grasp of short‑form video trends, hooks and platform best practices.
• Proficient with Notion, Excel/Google Sheets and content scheduling tools.
• Creative, self‑directed and capable of managing multiple content streams simultaneously.
• Portfolio or showreel of previous work required.
