Content Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover)

About the role

E&J is seeking an enthusiastic Content Marketing Executive to cover a nine‑month maternity leave. The role will support the brand’s growth and visibility across digital and offline channels while ensuring high‑quality, SEO‑friendly content.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a content calendar aligned with marketing and communication plans.
• Plan, create and optimise content for the website, digital ads, social media, newsletters, leaflets, award submissions and case studies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop topics that match brand messaging and business goals.
• Research and compile case studies by gathering information from staff and clients.
• Update website content via a CMS, ensuring SEO objectives are met.
• Create and deliver email campaigns in line with the content calendar.
• Manage social media channels, posting regular and relevant content.
• Support the People team with employer‑brand communications and event promotion.
• Prepare internal announcements and maintain the intranet to foster a positive culture.

Required profile

• Graduate or equivalent with at least two years’ experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong copywriting ability and a passion for writing.
• Excellent spelling, grammar and the capacity to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Self‑driven, proactive, friendly and able to multitask to meet deadlines.
