About the role

LightFunnels is looking for a creative Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive its social presence. You will produce short‑form videos, capture behind‑the‑scenes moments and turn product updates into engaging clips that resonate with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Film behind‑the‑scenes content, office events and product launches.
• Write compelling captions and hooks to increase scroll‑stopping engagement.
• Plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Manage LightFunnels’ social accounts, schedule posts and monitor comments.
• Track performance metrics, report on reach and engagement, and optimise content based on data.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring viral concepts to life.

Required profile

• Passionate about spotting and adapting the latest social media trends.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting product demos.
• Proactive, with a constant flow of fresh content ideas.
• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain a consistent brand voice.
