Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

LightFunnels is looking for a creative Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist to own its social media presence and produce short‑form video content that resonates with audiences. You will work on‑site in Marrakech, collaborating with product, design and video teams to turn product updates and trends into engaging posts.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, including behind‑the‑scenes and product launch footage.
• Write compelling captions and hooks, and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Schedule, publish and monitor LightFunnels’ social media accounts, responding to comments and messages as needed.
• Track performance metrics, report on engagement, reach and growth, and continuously optimise content based on insights.
• Brainstorm weekly campaign ideas, propose viral concepts and collaborate with designers and video editors to bring them to life.
• Appear on‑camera to present new features, record tutorials, demos and interviews.

Required profile

• Passionate about spotting and adapting the latest social media trends.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and delivering clear, authentic messaging.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative workflows.
• Basic video filming and editing knowledge.
