About the role
We are looking for a Financial Controller to monitor financial and operational performance and support business decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Monitor costs, budgets and financial performance.
- Analyze variances and key industrial KPIs.
- Prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance and alignment with Group standards.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and SAP budget control.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel; SAP, Power BI and Tableau knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
