About the role

The Management Controller will join the network control team of CAC, a leading automotive dealer group. Reporting to the Network Controlling function, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the financial and operational performance of the dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver distributor performance reports by dealer and brand.
• Monitor economic and financial performance of distributors, ensuring targets are met.
• Track and manage distributor inventory levels to guarantee adequate stock coverage.
• Control commercial expenses (communication, quality initiatives, customer relations, reimbursements, investment support).
• Ensure correct accounting treatment, analytical allocation and completeness of all expense types.
• Analyse budget usage and drive optimisation of commercial spend.

Required profile

• Graduate of a Grande École in Business or Management with proven experience in controlling (2‑5 years).
• Fluent French with strong writing skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly rigorous, methodical, organized and comfortable with IT tools.
• Critical thinking combined with diplomatic communication.
