About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Generalist Controller and play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences through accurate financial management. You will ensure the integrity of daily financial transactions while supporting a culture of hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Balance and code the previous day’s transactions and prepare daily operating sales and labor summaries.
• Review night audit reports, verify sales journal accuracy, and analyze all adjustments.
• Audit banquet tickets, reconcile them with banquet orders, and ensure proper billing.
• Track and route rebates, miscellaneous charges, promotional tickets, and paid‑outs.
• File and archive financial documents in compliance with tax authority requirements.
• Assist team members and other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
