COO Inspection (H/F)

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Inspection will support the Inspector General in implementing audit and inspection initiatives, overseeing governance, and reviewing projects. This position ensures operational efficiency across the Audit and Inspection General Directorate.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational activity and develop performance indicators (budget tracking, mission progress, audit planning, recommendations, tool updates).
• Organise and support various committees and events such as General Assemblies and seminars.
• Lead training and integration programmes for Audit and Inspection teams.
• Participate in the annual Risk Assessment and define the audit plan.
• Verify process compliance through managerial supervision controls.
• Coordinate diverse projects (HR, organisational change, new processes, governance, transformation).
• Maintain monthly dashboards, construct and review performance metrics, and ensure data quality.
• Update documentation related to processes and governance (guidelines, templates).

Required profile

• Master’s level degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Audit, Management Control or equivalent from a business school or engineering school.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in finance or audit.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, strategic vision, and project‑management experience.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in a foreign language.
