Coordinateur EU Digitoool – Communication digitale

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Coordinator for the EU Digitoool to support a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility, strategic communication, public diplomacy and cultural outreach of the European Union in Morocco. The role will be part of a non‑key expert team delivering digital communication solutions for the project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update digital communication platforms and content repositories for the EU Digitoool.
• Coordinate the production, publication and archiving of project‑related digital assets.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across French, Arabic (including Darija) and English channels.
• Support data collection, documentation and reporting for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximise the impact of communication activities.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+4) in communication, digital communication, information management, project management, digital technologies or a related field.
• Fluent French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital communication, content management, web platform administration or institutional information coordination. If the educational level is lower, a minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
