Corporate Access Execution Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Access Execution Analyst supports Bernstein SG’s Investor Access & Research Marketing team by coordinating end‑to‑end corporate access activities. Reporting to the Head of Investor Access and Research Marketing, EMEA, the analyst works closely with senior colleagues across London, Paris and Casablanca to ensure high‑quality client service and operational control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate access events from invitation through post‑event follow‑up, handling schedules, communications and logistics.
• Prepare pre‑event checks, accurate schedules, briefing materials, attendee reports and other documentation.
• Maintain records in BTS, CRM, trackers and shared files, capturing attendance, feedback and reporting.
• Partner with Origination, Research, Sales, Banking, Conferences and Operations to ensure smooth handovers.
• Resolve routine execution issues, manage stakeholder expectations and escalate sensitive matters.
• Support process, technology and AI‑enabled improvements to strengthen controls and reduce manual effort.
