Corporate Operations Executive

About the role

The Corporate Operations Executive will lead the optimisation of warehouse and last‑mile processes at Aramex. You will analyse current workflows, design and implement best‑practice procedures, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to boost efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing warehouse and last‑mile operations to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Develop, document, and roll out standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory receipt, storage, dispatch and related logistics activities.
• Collaborate with logistics, commercial and customer‑service teams to ensure alignment and smooth inter‑departmental processes.
• Collect, monitor and interpret operational data on performance, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment, providing actionable insights to management.
• Train and support warehouse staff on new processes, technologies and safety protocols, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Oversee adherence to safety, quality and regulatory standards, initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits and maintain accurate reporting of stock movements.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities, including adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Support vendor and equipment evaluation to enhance performance and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics or related fields.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and quality standards.
