Credit Analyst

About the role

Arrow Component is seeking a Credit Analyst to join its finance team. The role focuses on evaluating customer creditworthiness, managing credit exposure, and supporting collection processes to enable sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit information for new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits.
• Conduct detailed credit risk assessments, identify opportunities for credit line increases, and flag accounts requiring closer monitoring.
• Provide risk mitigation recommendations and suggest alternative financing solutions.
• Manage credit and collection activities, ensuring timely follow‑up on outstanding receivables.
• Exercise credit authority for larger accounts where applicable.
• Develop and maintain internal credit tools such as risk models and credit scoring systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve credit issues and release pending sales orders.
• Support onboarding of new Sales and Operations staff on financial services policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in credit analysis, credit management, or accounts receivable.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of credit risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
