CTO – AI‑Driven Digital Applications Platform

About the role

Atos is creating AIDLC, a next‑generation platform that embeds AI across the entire application development lifecycle. As Chief Technology Officer you will own the technical vision, architecture and engineering execution for this platform, turning cutting‑edge AI advances into a differentiated product for enterprise customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical vision, multi‑year roadmap and architecture for the AIDLC platform.
• Design a scalable, secure, multi‑tenant platform, making build/buy/partner decisions on models, orchestration, data and infrastructure.
• Stay ahead of AI trends (foundation models, agentic systems, RAG, fine‑tuning, evaluation) and translate them into product capabilities.
• Lead engineering delivery, ensuring velocity, quality, reliability, security and cost efficiency.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, observability and model‑evaluation practices for continuous, safe shipping.
• Recruit, mentor and grow a distributed engineering and R&D team, setting technical culture and standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior technology leadership experience, preferably as a CTO or VP of Engineering.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML platforms and large‑scale cloud architecture.
• Track record of building secure, multi‑tenant, high‑performance systems.
• Ability to translate fast‑moving AI research into durable product features.

Required skills

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) model development.
• Foundation models, agentic systems, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), fine‑tuning and evaluation.
• Multi‑tenant cloud architecture and security best practices.
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
