Customer Care Specialist

About the role

We are a leading digital and media operator serving millions of customers in French and English markets. We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist who thrives in an international environment and enjoys helping people.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat and social media in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot subscription, billing, content access and account‑management issues.
• Own each case from first contact through to resolution while maintaining quality standards.
• Log all interactions in our CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams and keep customers informed.
• Identify and share recurring pain points to improve overall service.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual French/English, written and spoken.
• Customer‑obsessed, calm under pressure and solution‑focused.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable with streaming and media platforms.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a client‑facing role.
• Organised, autonomous and reliable.
