Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

The Customer Experience Consultant will manage the end‑to‑end shipment process for Maersk’s customers in Casablanca, ensuring compliance with company procedures, timely issue resolution and a consistently high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete shipment lifecycle for customers, coordinating ocean shipments and logistics.
• Resolve customer issues promptly by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a customer portfolio, monitor financial situations and develop business knowledge.
• Respond to daily emails and calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Build strong relationships with offshore teams and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving, critical thinking and effective communication.

Required profile

• Strong experience in customer service within freight forwarding and logistics.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑initiated, well‑organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
