Customer Quality Engineer

About the role

The Customer Quality Engineer will be responsible for handling customer complaints and escalations within an automotive environment. You will work closely with production, administration and other departments to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement of product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire complaints and escalations handling process.
• Coordinate analysis of complaints with relevant departments to achieve efficient resolution.
• Inform administration and production teams about new complaints and their status.
• Collect all necessary data to settle customer issues promptly.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee sorting activity management related to quality issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience or internship in the automotive industry.
• Strong autonomy, excellent time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a data‑analysis spirit.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Based in the Oriental Region.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality standards: IATF16949, VDA, CSR.
• Familiarity with quality core tools and problem‑solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys).
• Experience with SAP and customer portals.
