Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist

About the role

You will be embedded in a European company's in‑house marketing team, taking full ownership of their marketing automation platform and lifecycle marketing. Your mission is to turn strategy into scalable, data‑driven processes that convert leads into customers for B2B SaaS or B2C/DTC brands.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure and maintain the chosen marketing automation platform and all required integrations.
• Synchronise CRM data between marketing and sales, implement lead scoring where beneficial.
• Design, build and continuously optimise automated email workflows for nurturing, onboarding and retention.
• Segment audiences by behaviour, interests and journey stage to deliver the right message at the right time.
• Track user behaviour, optimise funnels and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign performance (open rates, CTR, ROI) and translate insights into iterative improvements.
• Incorporate AI tools into the workflow to boost efficiency and output quality.

Required profile

• Data‑driven mindset with a strong focus on testing, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Ability to own execution end‑to‑end while collaborating with the client’s marketing manager.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
