Customer Sales Representative – Italian Speaker

About the role

Join Arrow Global Components, a leader in electronic component distribution, as a Customer Sales Representative supporting the sales team. You will enhance customer relationships by managing the full order lifecycle—from entry to invoicing and delivery—while handling reserved inventory. The position follows a hybrid work model based in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process end‑to‑end.
• Provide after‑sales support to customers and suppliers, primarily via email and occasionally by phone or chat.
• Monitor order backlogs and handle customer requests and changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Italian language proficiency at C1‑C2 level.
• English proficiency of at least B2 level.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and strong teamwork skills.
