Customer Service Contact M/F

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Customer Service Contact to manage product demand, coordinate supply‑chain activities and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will act as the main point of contact for order integration, delivery tracking and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customer schedules via EDI, webEDI or paper and integrate requirements into the system.
• Identify and highlight order variations, release picking lists and monitor the full supply‑chain process (procurement, production, shipping).
• Maintain safety‑stock levels, manage logistics platform issues and ensure correct parameters (MOQ, lead‑time, transport schedule) are applied.
• Prepare customs documentation for exports and ensure returnable packaging loops are respected.
• Communicate precise information to customers, adapting frequency and method to the situation.
• Validate feasibility of customer programs with internal teams (MPS manager, procurement, scheduler) and negotiate delivery dates when needed.
• Measure daily service rates, propose improvement actions and resolve blocking points quickly.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with production, logistics and procurement teams.
• Proactive attitude in identifying and solving issues.
