Customer Service Engineer

About the role

The Customer Service Engineer will support the supply chain function by ensuring that demand forecasts and customer requirements are met through effective planning and execution. Based in the Oriental Region, the role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain supply chain plans aligned with demand forecasts and customer needs.
• Perform weekly analysis of finished‑goods and raw‑material inventory.
• Update and manage the weekly production schedule.
• Monitor, report, and act on key performance indicators related to the supply chain.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues.
• Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and development of the Hirschmann Automotive management system.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with the Hirschmann Automotive management system.
