About the role

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists while ensuring smooth order processing and delivery coordination.

Key responsibilities

Receive and register customer orders and forecasts in the system.
Coordinate with planning and procurement to ensure timely deliveries.
Negotiate with customers or facilities to align delivery targets and improve efficiency.
Track orders, on‑time delivery (OTD), and sales follow‑up.
Improve service quality and departmental efficiency.
Report relevant data to the department manager.
Handle customer complaints related to the supply chain.
Provide planning support as needed.

Required profile

At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Master’s degree in supply chain.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
