Customer Service Representative – Outbound Call Center (Sales Focus)

About the role

Join a global contact‑center provider as a remote Customer Service Representative focused on outbound sales. You will engage prospective clients over the phone, pre‑qualify them for life‑insurance and final‑expense quotes, and hand them off to licensed sales advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound cold‑calls to prospective clients.
• Build rapport quickly and professionally with each prospect.
• Pre‑qualify leads for life‑insurance and final‑expense quotes.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
• Gather accurate customer information and transfer qualified prospects to licensed advisors.
• Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset comfortable speaking with new people daily.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Effective communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations.
• Experience in pre‑sales, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and adapt to different projects.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Base pay of $3.98 per hour (approximately $788 per month based on 198 hours).
• Performance bonuses up to $500 per month.
