Customer Service Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Sales Representatives to join TELUS Digital’s international team. Working remotely from Morocco, you will engage Canadian customers, promote TELUS products and services, and help drive sales while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers in both French and English via phone or chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored telecommunications solutions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
• Provide thorough follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to the long‑term growth of the TELUS Digital account.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or telesales environment.
• Goal‑oriented, motivated by performance targets, and a collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
