About the role

The International Key Account Manager will lead the development and maintenance of key overseas customer channels for port machines, forklifts, and related heavy‑industry equipment. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while strengthening brand awareness in international markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and continuously update information on overseas customers, maintaining an accurate archive.
  • Assist in acquiring and nurturing local key customers, monitoring market demand, competition and growth opportunities.
  • Build and sustain high‑level relationships with strategic accounts, driving cooperative development projects.
  • Prepare customized project proposals, secure contracts, and meet defined sales objectives.
  • Oversee weekly and monthly sales plans and payment recovery for key accounts.
  • Produce regular market analysis reports on major international customers.
  • Develop and refine the key‑account management processes and systems.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, marketing, sales, international business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three years of experience in construction machinery sales, preferably with an existing overseas customer network.
  • Strong teamwork, problem‑solving abilities and proven customer‑relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Willingness to travel irregularly as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
