Customer Service Specialist – Multilingual (French, Spanish, English)

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Customer Service Specialist to support medical assistance cases worldwide. The role is fully remote and involves interacting with providers, insured members, and clients in French, Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Timely receive, register, process and report on the organization of medical treatment worldwide.
• Work with internal database and keep all cases up‑to‑date.
• Maintain solid communication with medical providers, insured members and clients via email and phone.
• Collaborate with the team to identify priority areas and ensure a good client experience.
• Comply with international laws and regulations, including GDPR.
• Work with other teams to address client queries and streamline workflow.
• Ensure business secrets are securely kept.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients.
• Fluent in French, Spanish and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient PC user with ability to work remotely using a stable internet connection.
• Self‑disciplined, able to work independently and as part of a team, following directions and feedback.
