Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post‑placement relationship with our virtual assistants (VAs) after they start a role with a client. This remote position bridges VAs and clients, ensuring high performance, early issue detection, and long‑term placements.

Key responsibilities

• Run regular check‑ins with placed VAs to track performance, workload, and blockers.
• Manage a portfolio of active placements and keep records up to date.
• Monitor performance signals and flag risks before they turn into churn.
• Gather and verify feedback from both VAs and clients.
• Coach VAs on expectations, communication, and delivery standards.
• Escalate serious performance or relationship issues to the ops team with clear context.
• Own the support inbox and respond to VA questions promptly.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client‑facing operations.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or relationships simultaneously.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Good judgment and ability to read between the lines.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable following up until closure.
• Comfortable working aligned with US business hours.
