Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our global team and support customers virtually across regions during EST business hours. The role focuses on maximizing the value customers get from our solutions through impactful training, education, and adoption support, working closely with Mid-Market Account Managers in the US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual product training sessions to new and existing users worldwide.
• Create and maintain enablement content such as quick-start guides, video tutorials, and best-practice documents.
• Track customer engagement and product usage to prioritize outreach and identify training needs.
• Collaborate with Mid-Market Account Managers to align training with renewal and growth goals.
• Support onboarding of new customers through training facilitation and respond to user questions, escalating product issues as needed.

Required profile

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, customer training, or support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training engagements simultaneously.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones.
