Customer Success Manager – Microsoft (German)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager focused on Microsoft solutions, you will support the Microsoft/Cloud Inside Sales team in Casablanca. The role combines operational and administrative tasks on the ArrowSphere platform to ensure smooth partner interactions and efficient process management.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate multi‑vendor ArrowSphere orders.
• Analyze errors, create tickets and coordinate with account management.
• Validate billing feeds and invoicing data.
• Proactively manage vendor renewals and partner support (orders, invoices, credit notes).
• Handle escalations and work independently in the Microsoft Partner Center portal.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Operations teams.
• Manage Salesforce queue, monitor Microsoft tenant transfers, and oversee ArrowSphere user registrations.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or general IT business.
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and German.
