Customer Success Representative

About the role

Numerix is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support its global client base in the financial technology sector. The role focuses on proactive engagement, product adoption, and coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients on non‑commercial matters, guiding them through onboarding, go‑live, and post‑go‑live phases.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience, drive adoption of Numerix solutions, and support retention and renewal efforts.
• Collaborate with Support, Product & Engineering, and Professional Services to track tickets, manage enhancements, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client data, prepare meeting materials, and support quarterly and executive business reviews.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across global time zones and adapt to occasional out‑of‑hours requirements.
