Customer Support Agent (Bilingual – English & Polish Required)

About the role

We are looking for fluent English‑Polish speakers to join our Casablanca call‑center team. In this position you will deliver high‑quality assistance to customers across multiple channels, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, chat and email, with an initial focus on phone support.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions in the company’s systems and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Adhere to shift schedules (09:00–22:00, Monday‑Sunday) while maintaining professional communication standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in both English and Polish (minimum B2‑C1 level).
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional and proactive attitude.
