Customer Support Consultant – Remote

About the role

Join SupportYourApp, a global leader in Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service, as a Customer Support Consultant. You will work remotely, assisting clients across 60 languages and helping them resolve billing, technical, and usage issues while delivering a high level of customer happiness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support via email and chat, handling billing, how‑to‑use, technical issues and bugs.
• Create and maintain reports to keep feedback up to date.
• Escalate complex cases to engineers when necessary.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Stay current with evolving tools, technology and best‑practice customer happiness methods.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
• Basic troubleshooting ability and high emotional intelligence.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with strong analytical and research skills.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Reliable PC (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Familiarity with Android devices.
