Customer Support Representative – French Speaker

About the role

Eaton is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative for its manufacturing plant in Casablanca on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will provide commercial support to a portfolio of customers across EMEA through email, phone, chat and case‑management tools, ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via chat, email and phone, including order entry, price checking and order clearing in line with Eaton policies.
• Coordinate delivery and billing for multiple product lines, manage end‑to‑end order status, repair/calibration requests, product changes, returns and contract administration.
• Support sales functions across EMEA, resolve complaints, and apply established policies and proactive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSC/BA) with 1‑3 years of customer support experience.
• Fluent in English and French with strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to manage high volumes, prioritize tasks and identify data gaps for improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking, analysis and reporting.
