Customer Support Specialist – Chat Only (Remote, Tangier)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who will handle all digital marketing communications exclusively through chat. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Tangier while providing prompt and professional assistance to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond quickly and courteously to incoming customer inquiries via chat or text messages.
- Guide users through their questions, resolve issues, and forward complex requests via email when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
- Fluent written communication skills in French, English, or German.
- Ability to manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
