Cyber Resilience Lead

About the role

The Cyber Resilience Lead will coordinate Stellantis' cyber resilience capabilities, ensuring the organization is prepared, can respond effectively, and recovers from major cyber events. This role serves as the central orchestrator across cybersecurity, IT, and business teams, fostering alignment and readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central coordinator across Cyber Defense, IT, Business, and Risk teams for resilience topics.
• Lead enterprise‑level coordination of major cyber incidents, ensuring consistent response and recovery.
• Design and run crisis simulations and cyber exercises, validating coordination mechanisms.
• Animate the cyber resilience community, promote knowledge sharing, and organize regular coordination routines.
• Drive post‑incident reviews, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating cyber resilience across cybersecurity, IT, and business functions.
• Ability to lead enterprise‑level cyber incident response and recovery.
• Experience designing and executing cyber crisis simulations and exercises.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of conducting post‑incident reviews and driving improvement initiatives.
