Data Annotator (French) – Freelance

About the role

We are seeking native‑level French speakers to join a short‑term, remote AI data annotation and translation project. As a freelance Data Annotator, you will help improve machine‑learning models by providing high‑quality linguistic annotations and translations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data annotation and translation tasks according to detailed guidelines.
• Review, classify, and tag content, ensuring linguistic, grammatical, and contextual accuracy.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies or errors to maintain data quality.
• Maintain consistency across all annotated items and meet daily/weekly deadlines.
• Follow established quality standards and project documentation.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable laptop and high‑speed internet connection.
• Previous experience with AI data, annotation, translation, or content review is a plus.

• Hourly rate of $16‑$18 (USD).
• Flexible workload of 10‑20 hours per week.
• Project duration of 30‑45 days with two mandatory assessments.
