Data Clerk – Operational Data Management

About the role

APM Terminals is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Clerk to ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational data within its Terminal Operating System (TOS). You will work closely with managers and operational teams, providing reliable data and reports that support daily planning, monitoring, and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and maintain the accuracy of terminal activity data in the TOS.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and correct records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports.
• Prepare operational move summaries and routine reporting outputs.
• Provide data support to teams across the terminal.
• Deliver timely data updates and reporting information to managers and departments.
