Data Developer (Python & Databricks)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Developer with strong Python and Databricks expertise to design and implement data processing and analytics solutions. The role requires at least three years of hands‑on experience in large‑scale data environments and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions on Databricks.
• Design and optimise data consolidation and transformation processes for high‑volume datasets.
• Manage relational databases (Oracle Exadata) and non‑relational storage on S3.
• Create reports and key performance indicators for data exploitation.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, cloud‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Python and Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of Python development and data‑processing libraries.
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence techniques to data processing.
• Proficiency with Oracle Exadata and advanced PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with S3‑based non‑relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with Control‑M for batch scheduling.
