Data Engineer (FinOps)

About the role
We are seeking a Data Engineer to drive FinOps initiatives by building and maintaining dashboards, analysing cloud consumption, and optimising data pipelines. The role combines data engineering expertise with a focus on cost transparency and business reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain FinOps dashboards using Power BI.
- Build, optimise and monitor data pipelines that ingest cloud cost and usage data.
- Analyse cloud consumption patterns and provide cost‑saving insights.
- Support reporting and business analysis activities across finance and operations teams.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy and timely delivery of cost reports.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and cost‑management tools.
