Data Financial Analyst – Business Cases & AI Value

About the role

As a Data Financial Analyst you will help Orange measure and maximise the business value of Data and AI initiatives. You will work with business, finance and technical teams to build robust business cases, assess financial impact and track value after deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Build business cases for Data & AI use cases, run workshops with stakeholders and define scope, KPIs and value drivers.
• Identify financial impact including revenue uplift, cost avoidance and OPEX/CAPEX savings, and map current vs target processes.
• Estimate total OPEX and CAPEX, prepare governance materials for Go/No‑Go decisions and document assumptions.
• Support value monitoring during the RUN phase by defining measurement plans, guiding live value tracking and helping operational teams automate monitoring.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in finance or business modelling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to solve business problems using financial and operational analysis.
• Good knowledge of the telco network domain and understanding of AI use cases.
• Fluent in French and English, Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
