Data Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to ensure the smooth handling, quality, and management of operational data that powers AI, machine‑learning and business‑intelligence projects. You will monitor data pipelines, validate data integrity, and support teams in preparing reliable datasets for analysis and model training.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage data pipelines and workflow processes.
• Validate data quality and integrity at each processing stage.
• Support AI, ML and BI teams with dataset preparation and analysis.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
• Generate reports on data‑operations metrics and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise data handling procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of operational workflows and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in data operations, analytics or pipeline management.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple operational tasks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Fundamentals) are a plus.
