Data Quality & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Data Quality & Operations Lead to join our Resource Planning department. Reporting to the Chief of Operation Excellence, you will ensure best‑in‑class quality standards across the value chain so our Insights team receives trustworthy data.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast operational volumes and allocate resources to meet project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Recruit, onboard, certify and train internal and external resources, managing a network of 30+ freelancers across MEA, Americas and Europe.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, data standards, checklists, dashboards, KPIs and quality controls to protect data integrity.
• Run rigorous quality checks, identify risks early and collaborate with Data Analytics, Insights and Commercial teams.
• Own department budget, resource payments, project reconciliation and continuous process optimisation.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Quality, Quality Control, Compliance or Project Management.
• Experience managing remote or off‑site teams, preferably freelancers.
• Knowledge of research methods and statistical or data analysis.
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies.
