Data Science Consultant

About the role

You will work on key projects for leading organisations, covering data mining, predictive and trend modelling, Monte‑Carlo simulations, credit rating reviews and quantitative support for business and R&D initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and trend models for high‑profile consulting projects.
• Design and run Monte‑Carlo simulation models.
• Review and improve credit rating and scoring models.
• Provide quantitative support to business units and research projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with a solid academic record.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Maturity, responsibility and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of modelling techniques such as logit, GLM, time series, decision trees, random forests and clustering.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages: SAS, R, Python, Matlab.
• Familiarity with big‑data tools and platforms like Hadoop and Hive.
