Data Scientist – AI & Machine Learning Consultant

About the role

Capgemini Insights & Data is expanding its Data & AI team in Morocco and is looking for a Data Scientist to design and deliver real‑world AI solutions at scale. You will work in a hybrid, flexible environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Build, train, and optimise machine‑learning and deep‑learning models.
• Analyse large, complex datasets and translate findings into business insights.
• Design and implement data pipelines and MLOps workflows.
• Collaborate with data, product and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor model performance in production and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine‑learning, deep‑learning and statistics.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in NLP, computer vision or time‑series modelling is a plus.
