Data Scientist

About the role

SII Group Morocco is looking for a Data Scientist to design, build and deploy machine‑learning models that drive data‑informed decisions for its clients. You will work in a flexible, remote‑friendly environment across Casablanca, Oujda and Rabat, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, clean and structure large, heterogeneous datasets.
• Design, train and evaluate ML models for classification, regression and clustering tasks.
• Perform feature engineering and experiment design, including A/B testing.
• Optimize model performance, validate results and document methodology.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms using MLOps practices and monitor their production performance.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics and data analysis.
• Experience with feature engineering and experimental design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey technical results to business stakeholders.
• Business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
