About the role

SII Group Morocco is looking for a Data Scientist to build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models that generate actionable insights and support data‑driven decision making. The role is part of a technology consulting and digital services team operating across Casablanca, Oujda, and Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, clean, and structure large datasets.
• Design machine‑learning models for classification, regression, and clustering.
• Optimize, validate, and document model performance.
• Deploy models using cloud ML platforms and MLOps practices.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in machine learning and statistics.
• Experience with feature engineering and experiment design (A/B testing).
• Ability to communicate findings and tell a data‑driven story.
• Business acumen and collaborative mindset.
